We make every effort to keep all titles listed on our website instock and available for immediate shipment. Dealing with numerous publishers on a worldwide basis is not an easy task and there are times when titles are temporarily out of stock despite our best efforts. These items are backordered and will ship as soon as they become available. Please let us know if you do not want items backordered.

If you are ordering from a catalog (catalog dates can generally be found inside the back cover at the top of the order form), we do recommend that you check pricing on our website or contact us for the most up-to-date prices.
There are times that we get one-time special pricing on a book. If we cannot supply you with a book at the sale price because we have sold out the sale priced books we had available, we will contact you. In some cases we will be able to special order the title for you at the regular price.
As it is impossible to predict when a book will be out of stock at the publishers or will go out-of-print, the sale of any item is always subject to availability.
