If you are ordering online and would like to pay with PayPal, complete your shopping cart and continue to checkout. After you have completed your billing and shipping information proceed to the payment area. Skip your credit card information and enter "PayPal" in the box marked PO. In the contact name please provide your PayPal email address and submit your order. To make your PayPal payment, proceed to https://www.paypal.com to send your payment to zoobooks@acegroup.cc

At Zoo Book Sales, we respect your privacy and do not disclose your information to outside parties. The information we request is used strictly to process orders and to contact you should we have questions regarding your order, notify you of order status and respond to your inquiries.
When placing your order, you are automatically added to our mailing list to receive printed catalogs and updates which are generally produced every couple of months. At any time you would rather not receive these mailings, simply notify us and we will removed from our mailing list. Please include your address as shown on the address label to ensure that your removal request is processed promptly.
Should we change our privacy policy, changes will be posted on this page to insure that you are always aware of how we use the information we collect and under what circumstances it would be disclosed.

Order Status and Billing Inquiries

We will need your full name as listed on your order, complete mailing address, and the name of the person who the books were billed or charged to, if different than yourself, how your order was placed, the date ordered, and any reference numbers (Sales order # or Invoice #) you may have available.
If your inquiry is regarding backordered items, please enter "Order Inquiry" in the subject line of your email and be sure to provide the required information as listed above and be as clear as possible.
If your inquiry is regarding billing, please enter "Billing Inquiry" in the subject line of your email and provide the required information as listed above and be as clear as possible.
Please DON'T FORGET to tell us how we can contact you.
We make every effort to respond to your inquiry the same business day that we receive it. In some cases it may take us a couple of days to get an answer for you but we will acknowledge receipt of your email inquiry and will get you an answer as soon as possible.
If you are not on our current mailing list and would like to receive printed catalogs and updates, we will be glad to send you one upon request, as well as our future mailings. Email us at zoobooks@acegroup.cc and enter "Catalog Request" in the subject line. Simply provides us with your name and complete mailing address and we will get a catalog off to you immediately.
