	Shipping Policies  We ship every business day and every effort is made to ship your order the same or next business day which it is received to ensure that you get your books as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions regarding shipping methods. You will need to contact us if you want Expedited or Express shipping within the USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Shipping Cost Standard within USA $4.00 per order USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground at our discretion. *3 to 10 days depending on destination. Standard to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam   $4.00 per order USPS Priority Envelope with Delivery Confirmation if possible. Large orders/books may need to ship Surface Parcel at our discretion. *7 to 14 days for Priority Envelope and up to 6 weeks Surface. Expedite within USA $5.00 per order USPS Priority Envelope with Delivery Confirmation. *2-3 days depending on destination Other Express Options within the USA Actual cost *Rates start at $16.25 per package based on weight and destination USPS Express Mail *Next-day delivery by 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations. Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses. Canada & Mexico $9.00 per pack Global Priority when possible.*See note below All other International $11.00 per pack Global Priority when available and where possible.*See note below Canadian and International shipments are charged actual shipping cost. *Orders which cannot be shipped via Global Pack due to weight and size restrictions or because Global Pack service is not available will be shipped the most economical way possible, including insurance. You will be notified of available shipping options if we are unable to ship Global Pack. * Let us know if you have a preference of airmail or surface post. We will be glad to check on the options available and give you a quote. - Global packs generally take 1-2 weeks depending upon destination. - Surface shipments take about 2 to 4 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, for a few examples. * Zoo Book Sales cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you refuse insurance where available. * We are required by Federal Law to provide a customs tag declaring the value of the books being shipped in each package. * Customs duty is the sole responsibility of the party receiving the shipment. * Zoo Book Sales cannot be held responsible for customs delays. We are unable to track Global Packs.  We cannot track Canadian and International Airmail or Surface mail orders unless they are insured and/or registered.  Global packs, insurance and/or registered service is not available in all countries. * Zoo Book Sales cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you refuse insurance where available. * USPS will not track Candian or International insured and/or registered orders until they are a minimum of 30 days past due.
